The Deanship of the College of Education in Tuz Khurmatu – University of Tikrit officially announces the commencement of applications for the Evening Studies program for the academic year 2025–2026. Applications will be accepted starting on Wednesday, October 1, 2025.

Key Admission Requirements and Details:

• Minimum Acceptance Rate: The minimum average required for admission to the college is (58), in accordance with the directives issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
• Application Procedure: Prospective applicants are required to visit the Student Reception Committee at the college, bringing all necessary official documentation.
• Grade Calculation: Fractional grade points of half a degree (21​) will be rounded up (broken fraction compensation) in favor of the applicants.
• Eligible Categories: The following groups are eligible to apply:
  • Graduates of the Scientific and Literary branches of the preparatory stage (Sixth Form).
  • Currently employed teachers.
  • Graduates of Islamic preparatory schools affiliated with both Endowments (Waqf).

The Deanship of the College of Education, Tuz Khurmatu, hereby calls upon the top three graduates of the scientific departments for the Academic Year 2024–2025 to report to the Deanship.

The purpose of this mandatory attendance is to complete the necessary forms for the issuance of the official Appointment Code (Kood Al-Ta'yeen).

The reporting period begins on Sunday, October 12, 2025, and concludes on Wednesday, October 15, 2025.

Required Documentation

The top graduates must present the following documents upon their visit:

1. Unified National Card (Al-Bitaqa Al-Wataniya Al-Muwaheda) for the student and both parents (Father + Mother).
2. Residency Card (Bitaqat Al-Sakan) - A clear, color photocopy on a single sheet.

Important Notice

Attendance is strictly limited to the graduate themselves to complete the job application, fill out the corresponding forms, and receive the appointment codes. Representation or attendance by proxy is not permitted under any circumstances.
