Announcement: Issuance of Student Identification Cards

The Deanship of the College hereby announces that all students across all departments whose names are listed in the schedules below must log into the HEPIQ electronic platform/application. This is to verify and confirm their data for the issuance of their university ID cards. Students are strictly required to adhere to the following instructions:

Verify the Quadruple Name and Surname: Ensure names are entered accurately in both Arabic and English, completely free of typographical or spelling errors.
Verify the Mother's Full Name: Confirm the complete name in both Arabic and English.
Verify the Year of Admission: Review and confirm the accuracy of the college admission year.
Verify the Profile Photo: Confirm the front-facing profile photo, as it will be officially printed on the student ID.
Verify Identity Document Scans: Ensure that the scans/images of the National ID and Residency Card are clear, properly cropped, and free of any excess margins or background edges.
Complete All Required Fields: Do not leave any field blank within the application.

The Most Critical Step (ID Confirmation):

Finally, navigate to the "Student ID" section and click the [Confirm ID] button.

Important Note: This is the most crucial step; without clicking this button, the ID card will not be queued for printing.

Important Notice

In the event of any discrepancy or error in the aforementioned information, the printing of the student ID will be automatically rejected. Therefore, all listed students are urged to fully comply with these instructions to ensure the successful issuance of their IDs.

The Deanship of the College of Education, Tuz Khurmatu, announces that the approval of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research has been obtained for the admission of students to evening studies for graduates of the preparatory study (high school) for the third round of the academic year 2024-2025 across all its branches and specializations.

This approval also includes the acceptance of students who are graduates of the preparatory study for the aforementioned academic year for the first and second rounds, as well as graduates from previous years.

Registration will commence on November 20, 2025, and will last for a period of (5 working days).

Those wishing to apply must visit the College for registration during the period specified above.

The Deanship of the College of Education, Tuz Khurmatu, hereby calls upon the top three graduates of the scientific departments for the Academic Year 2024–2025 to report to the Deanship.

The purpose of this mandatory attendance is to complete the necessary forms for the issuance of the official Appointment Code (Kood Al-Ta'yeen).

The reporting period begins on Sunday, October 12, 2025, and concludes on Wednesday, October 15, 2025.

Required Documentation

The top graduates must present the following documents upon their visit:

Unified National Card (Al-Bitaqa Al-Wataniya Al-Muwaheda) for the student and both parents (Father + Mother).
Residency Card (Bitaqat Al-Sakan) - A clear, color photocopy on a single sheet.

Important Notice

Attendance is strictly limited to the graduate themselves to complete the job application, fill out the corresponding forms, and receive the appointment codes. Representation or attendance by proxy is not permitted under any circumstances.
