Division Tasks
The Planning and Follow-up Division at the college is responsible for monitoring the implementation of the college's strategic and administrative plans. This includes preparing and updating annual plans according to ministry requirements and evaluating administrative and academic performance. The division also collects and analyzes data and statistics related to various aspects of the college to support decision-making and identify future needs. It monitors the implementation of programs and projects, ensuring their alignment with the general goals of the college and the university. Additionally, the division is tasked with responding to official letters from the university presidency or relevant authorities after coordinating with the concerned units and departments, and submitting periodic reports on achievement rates and any obstacles that may arise.
