Division Tasks
The Maintenance Division is responsible for keeping the college's buildings and facilities in a state of readiness, ensuring the continuity of infrastructure and technical equipment. Its tasks include:
- Preventive Maintenance: Implementing periodic maintenance schedules for public equipment and facilities to ensure their efficient operation and prevent breakdowns.
- Emergency Maintenance: Responding immediately to sudden reports and malfunctions, and addressing them to ensure the continuity of the educational process.
- Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance: Regularly maintaining air conditioning systems, lighting, and electrical generators.
- Building and Facility Maintenance: Repairing doors, windows, walls, floors, and sanitary facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Documentation and Reports: Preparing periodic technical reports and documenting all completed works and recorded reports.
- Technical Cooperation: Coordinating with other departments to support events and projects and provide the necessary technical requirements.
