Division Tasks
The Financial Affairs Division is responsible for organizing and monitoring all financial operations within the college, ensuring that financial regulations are applied accurately and transparently. Its tasks include:
- Budget Preparation and Implementation:
- Assisting in the preparation of the college's annual budget project.
- Monitoring expenditures and ensuring compliance with approved financial items.
- Financial Disbursement:
- Executing disbursement orders and purchases in accordance with systemic procedures.
- Disbursing bonuses, entitlements, and various operational expenses.
- Salary List Preparation and Submission:
- Preparing accurate monthly salary statements and reviewing them before submission.
- Submitting the lists to the university administration on time to ensure salaries are paid without delay.
- Advances and Custody Follow-up:
- Organizing the disbursement of advances and following up on their settlement.
- Managing personal custody and office supplies.
- Preparation of Accounting Entries and Records:
- Documenting daily transactions and financial entries.
- Archiving original documents: invoices, bonds, and disbursement orders.
- Financial Oversight and Reports:
- Monitoring compliance with financial regulations.
- Preparing periodic financial reports and submitting them to senior management.
- Internal and External Coordination:
- Supporting the work of committees related to contracts or financial tenders.
