Division Tasks

  • Managing the affairs of all college staff (academic and administrative).
  • Following up on attendance, leaves, bonuses, promotions, and assignments.
  • Organizing files and updating job data.
  • Organizing official correspondence (outgoing, incoming, and archiving).
  • Coordinating meetings and committees and preparing their minutes.
  • Supervising public services (cleaning, hospitality, transportation).
  • Preparing administrative reports on performance and needs.
  • Coordinating with other divisions to ensure smooth administrative workflow.
