Division Tasks
- Managing the affairs of all college staff (academic and administrative).
- Following up on attendance, leaves, bonuses, promotions, and assignments.
- Organizing files and updating job data.
- Organizing official correspondence (outgoing, incoming, and archiving).
- Coordinating meetings and committees and preparing their minutes.
- Supervising public services (cleaning, hospitality, transportation).
- Preparing administrative reports on performance and needs.
- Coordinating with other divisions to ensure smooth administrative workflow.
