Legal Division

Division Tasks

The Legal Division at the college is responsible for following up on legal and administrative matters to ensure the integrity of procedures and the implementation of applicable laws and instructions. Its tasks include reviewing contracts and official correspondence from a legal perspective and providing legal opinions and advice to the administration and staff. It also follows up on legal cases and lawsuits concerning the college before judicial authorities in coordination with the Legal Department at the university presidency. The division is also responsible for preparing reports on administrative violations, following up on disciplinary investigations related to staff or students, and ensuring the application of penalties or recommendations issued under the applicable ministerial instructions.
