Gardens Coordination and Maintenance:
- Planting trees, flowers, and shrubs.
- Regular pruning and watering of plants.
- Removing weeds and plant waste.
- Maintaining irrigation networks.

Green Spaces Design:
- Proposing new aesthetic designs to improve the university environment.
- Participating in beautification and greening projects.

Greening for Events and Occasions:
- Providing plants and flowers for special college events.

General Cleanliness:
- Supervising the cleanliness of halls, corridors, and gardens.
- Following up on sweeping, washing, and waste disposal.

Minor Maintenance:
- Following up on daily maintenance of facilities (like doors, windows, lighting, and plumbing).

Providing Consumable Materials:
- Distributing materials such as detergents and cleaning tools.
- Monitoring inventory and purchase requests.

Organizing Logistics Support:
- Assisting departments in arranging halls or moving furniture.
- Preparing halls for events or meetings.
