Division Tasks
The University Follow-up Department is responsible for monitoring the movement of students and external visitors inside the college, and for ensuring compliance with security and organizational instructions, contributing to a safe and disciplined environment. Its tasks include:
- 1. Monitoring Student Entry and Exit:
- Monitoring the college's entrances and exits to control student movement.
- Ensuring that students carry their university cards and comply with instructions.
- 2. Monitoring Student Behavior:
- Observing disorderly behavior on campus.
- Submitting reports on student violations to the relevant authorities.
- 3. Regulating External Visitor Entry:
- Recording visitor data upon entry and confirming the reason for the visit.
- Issuing temporary entry permits in coordination with the relevant administration.
- 4. Coordinating with Security and Administrative Authorities:
- Communicating with university security or the police in case of emergencies or major violations.
- Collaborating with the Student Affairs administration and relevant authorities on cases that require follow-up.
- 5. Field Tours:
- Conducting inspection tours inside the campus to monitor movement and discipline.
- Monitoring common areas such as gates, courtyards, and corridors.
- 6. Preparing Daily and Periodic Reports:
- Documenting entry and exit cases and related observations.
