Division Tasks

The Quality Assurance and University Performance Division is concerned with monitoring the quality of academic and administrative performance within the college, ensuring that national and international standards are met. Its tasks include:

  • Spreading the Culture of Quality and Continuous Improvement:
    • Raising awareness among college staff about the importance of quality and its standards.
    • Implementing workshops and training courses in the fields of quality and accreditation.
  • Applying Academic Accreditation Standards:
    • Preparing institutional and programmatic accreditation files in cooperation with departments.
    • Collecting evidence and reports for self-assessment and following up on the implementation of plans.
  • Evaluating Staff Performance (Academic and Administrative):
    • Preparing performance evaluation forms in coordination with relevant authorities.
    • Collecting and analyzing the results of the annual performance evaluation and submitting recommendations.
    • Using evaluation results to improve performance and identify training needs.
