The tree planting and cleaning campaign continues at the College of Education in Tuz Khurmatu, Tikrit University.

Under the direct supervision and personal participation of Professor Dr. Nihad Ali Shafiq, Dean of the College, and with diligent follow-up from Dr. Ibrahim Saleh Ahmed, Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, the College of Education - Tuz Khurmatu continued its afforestation campaign on April 5, 2026. Driven by the distinguished efforts of the Afforestation Unit and the active involvement of a selection of faculty and staff, the initiative focused on planting various trees and vegetation throughout the college’s gardens and walkways to enhance the campus environment and public facilities. The campaign further included comprehensive cleaning of corridors and lecture halls to ensure a healthy, comfortable academic atmosphere. This initiative underscores the college’s commitment to improving university life quality and fostering environmental awareness among students and personnel.
