Under the esteemed patronage of the President of Tikrit University, Professor Dr. Waad Mahmoud Rauf, and under the direct supervision of the Dean of the College of Education in Tuz Khurmatu, Professor Dr. Nihad Ali Shafiq, and in alignment with the requirements of the National Strategic Plan to Combat Violence Against Women and Girls (2026), the Women’s Affairs Unit at the college organized an extensive awareness campaign under the slogan: "Women’s Access to Leadership Positions is a Legitimate Right." This initiative serves to activate the "Protection and Prevention" pillar (Paragraph Four) of the national plan, featuring the design and preparation of informational posters that highlight the legal and societal rights of women to assume decision-making roles, alongside the production and distribution of motivational brochures encouraging female talents to pursue leadership and initiative.
