The College of Education in Tuz Khurmatu is holding a course on inclusivity and diversity to create a creative environment under the slogan: "Ideas spring from the land of Mesopotamia."

Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Waad Mahmoud Raoof, President of Tikrit University, and the supervision of Professor Dr. Nihad Ali Shafiq, Dean of the College of Education/Tuz Khurmatu, the Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Unit organized a scientific workshop titled "Inclusivity and Diversity for Creating a Creative Environment," held as part of Global Entrepreneurship Week under the slogan "From the Land of Mesopotamia, Ideas Take Flight." The event took place at the Tuz Khurmatu Martyrs Hall on Wednesday and Thursday, February 11–12, 2026, at 10:00 AM, with the attendance of several faculty members, staff, and students. The workshop was conducted by Lecturer Najah Madad Werdi, Assistant Lecturer Farah Sabah Khalaf, and Assistant Lecturer Diab Thair Nouri, and featured scientific sessions focusing on the importance of consolidating inclusivity and diversity within the academic environment and their impact on stimulating creativity and building an institutional culture based on mutual respect and the acceptance of differences to foster an educational atmosphere conducive to innovation and excellence.
