The College of Education in Tuz Khurmatu honors outstanding students in scientific research during its seventeenth annual conference for the academic year 2025–2026

Under the distinguished patronage of the President of Tikrit University, Prof. Dr. Waad Mahmoud Raouf, and the direct supervision of the Dean of the College of Education/Tuz Khurmatu, Prof. Dr. Nehad Ali Shafiq, the College held a ceremony to honor outstanding students in scientific research for the 2025–2026 academic year, as part of its 17th Annual Scientific Conference. The event was attended by the Dean, the Scientific Associate Dr. Ali Salah Zein Al-Abidin, and a group of faculty members and students. Following a recitation from the Holy Quran in memory of Iraq’s martyrs, Prof. Dr. Nehad Ali Shafiq delivered a speech praising the students' efforts and the role of research in academic advancement. Dr. Ibrahim Ali Salman, Head of the Arabic Language Department, also emphasized the importance of supporting student researchers in producing rigorous scholarly work. The ceremony, organized with the coordination of Dr. Zainab Jalabi Mohammad, Head of the Continuing Education Unit, concluded with the honoring of student Fatima Ahmed Mahmoud for securing first place college-wide for her research titled: "Functions Inspired by Poetic Semantics in the Imagery of Nizar Qabbani: A Study of Pillars, Forms, and Manifestations," supervised by Dr. Waad Dalyan Anwar. This recognition reflects the College’s commitment to supporting creative students and fostering a spirit of scientific excellence.
