Announcement: Issuance of Student Identification Cards
The Deanship of the College hereby announces that all students across all departments whose names are listed in the schedules below must log into the HEPIQ electronic platform/application. This is to verify and confirm their data for the issuance of their university ID cards. Students are strictly required to adhere to the following instructions:
- Verify the Quadruple Name and Surname: Ensure names are entered accurately in both Arabic and English, completely free of typographical or spelling errors.
- Verify the Mother's Full Name: Confirm the complete name in both Arabic and English.
- Verify the Year of Admission: Review and confirm the accuracy of the college admission year.
- Verify the Profile Photo: Confirm the front-facing profile photo, as it will be officially printed on the student ID.
- Verify Identity Document Scans: Ensure that the scans/images of the National ID and Residency Card are clear, properly cropped, and free of any excess margins or background edges.
- Complete All Required Fields: Do not leave any field blank within the application.
The Most Critical Step (ID Confirmation):
Finally, navigate to the "Student ID" section and click the [Confirm ID] button.
Important Note: This is the most crucial step; without clicking this button, the ID card will not be queued for printing.
Important Notice
In the event of any discrepancy or error in the aforementioned information, the printing of the student ID will be automatically rejected. Therefore, all listed students are urged to fully comply with these instructions to ensure the successful issuance of their IDs.
