The Dean of the College of Education in Tuz Khurmatu, Professor Dr. Nihad Ali Shafiq, received His Eminence Sayyid Hussein Youssef Al-Moussawi, Director of the Holy Quran Institute at the Great Messenger Mosque, and his accompanying delegation, today, Tuesday, November 18, 2025.
During the meeting, the prospects for joint cooperation between the College and the Holy Quran Institute were discussed, particularly in the scientific and Quranic fields, through organizing development courses for students, holding joint seminars, and supporting activities that serve the memorizers of the Holy Book and those interested in Quranic studies.
The Dean also affirmed the keenness of the College of Education in Tuz Khurmatu to strengthen institutional partnerships with Quranic centers and institutes, which contributes to entrenching scientific and spiritual values among students and opens new horizons for joint initiatives in community service.
At the conclusion of the visit, His Eminence Sayyid Al-Moussawi extended his thanks and appreciation to the College Deanship for the warm reception, expressing the Holy Quran Institute's readiness to open more doors for fruitful cooperation in the future.
