Under the auspices of the President of Tikrit University, Professor Dr. Waad Mahmoud Raouf, and under the supervision of both the Dean of the College of Education/Tuz Khurmatu, Professor Dr. Nihad Ali Shafiq, and the Assistant Professor Dr. Sayyaf Abd Hussein, Director of the Continuing Education Center at Tikrit University, a scientific workshop titled "Blended Learning to Enhance Academic Motivation" was held at the Tuz Khurmatu Martyrs Hall. The program took place from Sunday to Tuesday, April 5–7, 2026, commencing daily at 11:00 AM.
The sessions were conducted by Dr. Abdul Sattar Salih Assi, Lecturer Ramadan Mohammed Qadir, and Dr. Zainab Chalabi Mohammed. Attended by a diverse group of faculty members, staff, and students, the workshop explored the conceptual framework of blended learning and its significance in modern educational environments. Key themes included the mechanisms of integrating face-to-face and e-learning modalities, strategies for boosting student engagement and motivation, and the presentation of practical models and interactive methods designed to improve the overall quality of the educational process.
